Igår var jag på bröllop och då provade jag ett nytt frisyrknep, det vill säga knepet är säkert inte nytt men jag hade aldrig hört talas om det. Knepet går ut på att göra en hårknut med hjälp av en hoprullad tubsocka vilket låter lite absurt men det fungerar utmärkt och är både snabbt och lätt. Jag har ungefär axellångt hår och då är det riktigt svårt att få till någon volym i en knut men med hjälp av detta kan jag få till en ordentlig frisyr.Jag tänkte även att jag ska försöka få till en mer bollformad strumpformation för en mer utåtstående knut. I was at a wedding yesterday and then I tried a new trick to create the illusion of a full hair bun. That is to say the trick is new to me, I'm sure it's been around for a while. The trick is to make a bun out of a rolled up sock, which sounds quite absurd but works really well - it's both quick and easy. My hair is about shoulder length and that makes it really difficult to create any volume in a bun but with the help of this trick I was able to get a nice bun. I'm also going to try to shape the sock into more of a ball shape next time so the bun will be a bit rounder. Here's a video tutorial for how to make the bun, I used the first alternative she showed since my hair is too short for the second.

When I was in school, we used to have these plastic mesh kind of rings that did the same thing. I never heard of using a sock but it seems to work fine.
